So apparently Presidnet Obama wants school hours to run longer each day than it already is. I disagree that this should happen because we go to school for about 7 hours a day as it is. If they increase it even an hour, how are kids suppose to have a social life? How are they suppose to play outside with their friends? They won't have much time for it. Extended the school year isn't something i would want,. I like having 2 1/2 months off. I'm sure that teachers enjoy having summer off too. Its what the people want, not what congress or the President wants. I'm sure many other americans would support me on this topic.

I think 7 hours of school a day is enough. If they increase it, that isn't fair to us at all. I think they should leave school how it is.
